1. Shipping Rates

  • Italy & EU: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • International: For orders outside the EU, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeline

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 12 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

3. Tracking Information

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Vextro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • We currently ship to Italy, all European Union countries, and major international destinations.
